Jarrow Formulas B-Right is a B-vitamin complex featuring effective, bioavailable forms of vitamins: B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantothenic acid/pantethine), B6 (P-5-P), B12 (methylcobalamin), and B9 (methylfolate).

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and nervous system function. Vitamins B6, B12, folate, and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B6, B12, folate, and biotin contribute to normal immune system function.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule once a day with a meal. The specified daily intake must not be exceeded.

Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and stearic acid (vegetable source).

Contains no: wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy products, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts, or sesame.

Warnings: contains biotin, which may affect laboratory/blood test results, and nicotinic acid, which may cause skin flushing (niacin flush), especially when taken on an empty stomach.
