General provisions

These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and UAB "Orelona" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods in the e-shop www.muscleshop.lt

Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the e-store, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarized himself with these rules, clicks the "Confirm order" button and only when confirmation is received from the Seller.

Buyer's rights and obligations

  • In accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-store.
  • The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery. If the purchase is for 100 EUR or more, delivery of goods within the territory of Lithuania is FREE (except for the Curonian Spit - here the goods are delivered by separate agreement).
  • If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update it or notify the company by phone or email.
  • The Buyer must comply with other requirements set out in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product under the conditions specified in these rules. (See: Return or exchange of goods).

Seller's rights and obligations

  • If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stable operation of the e-store, the Seller may, without prior warning, restrict, suspend (terminate) his/her ability to use the e-store.
  • The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate the operation of the e-store without separate notice.
  • The Seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • To create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.
  • To organize the delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
  • If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, he undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous goods, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous goods, to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 7 working days.

Delivery of goods

  • Goods are delivered via the reliable DPD courier service within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
  • Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer, together with the carrier, must check the condition of the goods. If the goods have been damaged, the Buyer must note this in the goods transfer-acceptance document (waybill).
  • Upon receipt of the goods and signing the goods transfer-acceptance document (waybill) without comments, it is confirmed that the shipment of goods was not damaged and was delivered properly. The price of delivering goods depends on the size of the shipment.

Return or exchange of goods

  • The return of goods purchased in the e-store is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Part 2 of Article 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • The Seller shall exchange or accept back the goods, the shape, size, color, model or configuration of which the Buyer does not like, only if the original packaging is not damaged, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the registered address of UAB "Orelona", Švitrigailos g. 345, Vilnius. The Buyer shall return the goods that are not suitable by his own transport or pay the return costs.
  • If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract and informs the Seller about it, the Buyer loses the right to use the goods from the date of sending the message. The date and time of sending the message is determined by the time the Buyer sends the message. If it is determined that the goods have been consumed (used) after the message was sent, the Seller has the right to refuse to terminate the contract.
  • The Buyer may exercise the right to return the goods if the goods have not been used, are not damaged and have not lost their commercial appearance. The returned goods must be fully completed. The Buyer is responsible for the complete completion and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully completed and properly packaged, the Seller or its representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes to the appearance of the goods or their packaging that were necessary to inspect the goods cannot be considered substantial changes to the appearance of the goods.
  • If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality, reduce the price of the product accordingly or refund the money paid for the goods and their delivery within 7 working days from the date of submission of the request. The goods must be returned in the original packaging of the product and the shipment. The Buyer must also provide the original invoice for the product and a completed and signed return form, which must indicate the reason for the return of the goods.
  • In the event that you receive the wrong product (wrong color, size, flavor, etc.), please contact www.muscleshop.lt using the contact details provided. After checking the order and confirming that there was an error on the part of the Seller, the Seller undertakes to replace the product with the one ordered by the Buyer. In this case, the transportation costs of the product are covered by the Seller.

Responsibility

  • The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
  • The parties are liable for any breach of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • The Buyer is responsible for the transfer of registration data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer's registration data, the Buyer is responsible for the actions taken by the third party.
  • The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in the Seller's e-store. If damage occurs, the at-fault party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.
  • Food supplements are not medicines and are therefore not intended to treat diseases. If the Buyer has health problems, before starting to use food supplements, it is necessary to consult a doctor or sports trainer. The descriptions provided on the website www.muscleshop.lt are prepared based on information provided by manufacturers. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the selection and use of food supplements. The Seller does not assume any responsibility for any health problems that may arise due to the use of food supplements.

Sending information

  • The Seller sends all notifications to the email address provided in the Buyer's registration form.
  • The Buyer shall send all messages and questions to the address specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online store.

Final provisions

  • All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
