Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids that our body cannot produce. Their only source is our daily food or dietary supplements. On the other hand, they make up 35% of the amino acids found in muscle proteins. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are essential amino acids that are obtained from different protein sources. BCAAs can also be taken as dietary supplements, especially during intense training or physical work. In our BCAA formula, the ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine is 2:1:1, as this ratio is the most efficient for the absorption of branched-chain amino acids.
How to use?
Add 6 g of BCAA powder to 250 ml of water (doser included), shake or stir well. Suitable for use 1-2 times a day. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Storage conditions:
Keep tightly closed, in a dry place out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 o C.
Once opened, consume within 3 months.
