.
Preparation and use: use as a drink: in the morning or at any other time of the day before meals, we suggest drinking a glass of warm water with 2 tbsp. or 0.5-1 tbsp. of this vinegar. If desired, season with honey. You can use PARALEX VINEGAR vinegar to enrich your various dishes.
IMPORTANT! Our vinegar is UNPASTEURIZED (!). Industrially produced vinegars are pasteurized, so they no longer have the properties of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurized vinegar is opaque, and if it is stored after opening, the turbidity increases even more. They are a sign of further fermentation and evidence that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality. Alive and "unquenched"!
