Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise that has led to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight, from all sources, in servings within 4–6 hours after the end of intensive exercise. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, supports muscle function, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Usage

Consume during physical activity and during longer workouts. Take 1 sachet every 50–70 minutes, followed by a sip of water. Maximum dose: 4 sachets per day. It is recommended to test the product before an important workout to determine the appropriate timing and optimal dose. For activities lasting longer than 90 minutes, the gel can be combined with solid foods or electrolyte products.
