6PAK Nutrition MASS PAK is a carbohydrate and protein based powdered product supplemented with creatine monohydrate, taurine and L-glycine. The formula is designed to increase total energy and macronutrient intake.
The product is dominated by carbohydrates, which are an important source of energy during intense physical exertion. The accompanying proteins contribute to the growth of muscle mass and help to preserve it.
Additionally, creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high-intensity exercise when at least 3 g of creatine is consumed per day.

Recommendations for use
Dissolve 3.5 scoops (100 g) of powder in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
Use in the morning before or after training.
